Meath‘s Emma Duggan and Vikki Wall have been nominated for the TG4 Players’ Player of the Year award for 2020.
Also joining them is Westmeath’s Fiona Claffey.
Meath, of course, beat Westmeath in last year’s All-Ireland Intermediate football final, running out 2-17 to 4-5 winners at Croke Park.
Dublin duo Sinead Goldrick and Carla Rowe and Armagh’s Aimee Mackin make up the shortlist in the Senior category.
Junior champions Fermanagh have two players on the shortlist with Joanne Doonan and Eimear Smyth in contention along with Wicklow’s Meadhbh Deeney.
The LGFA have announced that TG4 will air the awards on Saturday the 27th of February.
