The iconic figure of Longwood legend Mickey Burke will start for Meath hurlers in tomorrow’s league clash against Wicklow in Aughrim.

The dual star is one of four changes to Nick Weir’s side from the team that lost heavily to Offaly last weekend.

Burke, James Kelly, David Reilly and Jack Regan come in to the starting XV with Ben McGowan, Darragh Kelly, Damien Healy, Adam Gannon dropping to the subs bench.

The two sides met in round 2 of last years NHL and Meath staged a late late rally to secure the win at Pairc Tailteann.
