Labour councillor Elaine McGinty has revealed her delight at the handiwork of an East Meath youth group that has created a stunning mural of the Tara Brooch on Bettystown beach.
McGinty posted on Facebook, ‘Delighted to support this amazing group of young people in creating a new mural of the Tara Brooch at Bettystown beach. 🎨
Thank you to Bettystown Tidy Towns, the amazing team East Coast Family Resource Centre and Meath County Council for funding.
The mural of the Tara Brooch, created by the Family Resource Centre Youth Group, was unveiled at the beach on Wednesday.
BTT was delighted to assist by installing it and treated the young artists to drinks and pizza on the beach. East Coast Family Resource Centre’
