Trim based Social Democrats Councillor, Cllr Ronan Moore, has encouraged people to shop local as businesses start to open up after the easing of restrictions.

Moore said: “as our communities continue to open up, it is more important than ever to support our local businesses that employ local people, keeping money and jobs in local communities. When you can, please shop local”.

Similarly, Moore’s Colleague, Cllr Joan Hopkins for Howth-Malahide also encouraged people to shop local and asked that anyone using our parks and beaches “stay safe and use the bins provided”.
