Earl McKevitt, a 50-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Conor O’Brien who body was discovered last Friday,27th August, at an address in Trim road, Enfield, County Meath.
When charged with the murder of the 19-year-old, Conor O’Brien, he made no reply. McKevitt address was given as Avondale Park, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15.
He has also been charged with unlawful possession of a pistol, knife, and ammunition at the Talbot Hotel, Graiguecullen, County Carlow.
Free medical and legal aid was granted on request for McKevitt by his legal representative.
In Enfield, there was widespread shock and disbelief among the community when news broke of the tragic murder last week.
A neighbour near the murder scene describes the area as a quiet and lovely area to live in and was shocked when the news broke last Friday.
Meanwhile, McKevitt has been remanded to appear before Cloverhill District Court via video link next Friday,10th September’21
