If you want to add a bit of colour to a drab autumn day then no better man than Frankie Dettori to do the job.

The legendary Italian jockey turned up for one mount at Bellewstown races today and naturally, he duly delivered for the punters steering  Johnny Murtagh’s Trueba first past the post to win the 3.05 at 4/1



The race was the Gannons City Recovery And Recycling Services Ltd. Supporting DAFA Handicap, DAFA being a charity set up by legendary punter Barney Curley who in 1975 pulled off one of his biggest ever coups when sending 33/1 shot Yellow Sam out to win at the East Meath track
