Gardaí in Kells are investigating after an arson attack on Loughcrew Cairns.
The Neolithic site in Oldcastle, which is located at the highest point in the county, was damaged after being set alight last week.
It happened sometime between 5 pm on Wednesday and 10.20 pm on Thursday.
