Local waste management company Beauparc has further expanded its business portfolio by acquiring Tyrone-based biomass power station Tyrone Energy for an undisclosed amount.
The purchase is Beauparc’s sixth acquisition in the past 12 months after it acquired Acumen Waste Services, B&M Waste, Exomex, Kollect and JWS.
The company was founded in Rathdrinagh, Beauparc, over 30 years ago and moved to a head office at Ballymount in Dublin, says it’s continuing to build its business portfolio which includes Panda, Greenstar and Panda Energy.
