The Junior D Championship was in the hand of the Enfield girls who won with a comfortable margin against their
counterparts at Batterstown on Sunday 16th October last.
It was a convincing win for the champions who had over double scores against Skryne.
They overcame Dunderry in the semifinal.
The winners were always in command leading from the start and never under any threat from the Skyrne girls.
The weather stayed dry with rain holding off on a bright blustery day enjoyed by a sizeable crowd supporting their teams.
There was plenty of celebration afterwards as they toasted the cup in Boggans Bar,Rathcore,Enfield.
