Visiting restrictions in Our Lady’s Hospital, Navan will resume from today, Wednesday 26th. All wards will allow daily access to visitors between the hours of 14:00 to 16:00 and in the evening 18:00 to 19:30.
Visiting policy and process are as follows:
- Visiting is restricted to one person at the bedside at any given time. If more than one visitor is in attendance, then time at the bedside can be rotated between visiting parties.
- All visitors must observe hand hygiene procedures and wear surgical face masks while visiting.
- In the event of a Covid outbreak on a ward, discretionary visiting for vulnerable and end of life patients will always be facilitated through the clinical nurse manager or nurse in charge of the ward
