A man arrested following last November’s seizure of €1.2 million worth of cocaine in South Louth, has been returned for trial.
Thirty seven year old Pavlin Matia of Clarinda Park East, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin is accused of possessing the drug, possessing cocaine for sale or supply and possessing more than €13k worth of the drug for sale or supply at Tullyallen on November 12th last.
Drogheda District Court heard that a book of evidence had been served on the accused and Judge Eirinn McKiernan remanded him in custody to appear before Dundalk Circuit Court next Tuesday.
