The death has occurred of Meaths 1967 All Ireland SFC winning goalkeeper Sean McCormack from Kilmainhamwood
Sean was also between the posts when the Royals lost the 1966 decider to Galway before bouncing back to beat Cork the following September
The garage proprietor had the unusual distinction of representing Meath when playing with three different clubs, Kilmainhamwood, Nobber and Kingscourt Stars and his son Larry also played for the county.
