This Saturday will see the inaugural Navan Racing Festival with the main event The Bar-One Fortria Chase over two miles.

The going will be soft to heavy on the day and  Dysart Dynamo currently holds the tag of favourite for the
Willie Mullins 7 year old bay. Not a big field but will provide plenty of interest for racegoers on the day.

Tickets are still available  and  there is also a free bus service running from The Fair Green.

Sundays 8 card programme features the Bar-One Chase with 22 horses taking on the stiff 3 mile track.

Gordon Elliot sends out a massive 15 runners with Henry De Bromhead 3 ,Noel Meade 2, Gavin Cromwell 1 and

C A Murphy 1 horses.

Willie Mullins has none but watch out for Macs Charm for a bit of each way value.

It’ll be no surprise to see Elliott’s team in the winners enclosure but Noel Meade’s horse, The J P Manus

owned horse, The Devils Coachman is currently favourite.

If you haven’t be racing to Navan it is a great day out with plenty of music, food and beverages available.
