No it’s not a misprint but the actual asking price for a 57 acre farm that has come to the market

The land is based in the once small rural setting of Kilbride village on the borders of
Meath and Dublin of the M2, south of Ashbourne.
The total asking price is close to €3.5 million but hold a big attraction as over 5.4 acres is zoned for
development in the current Meath County Development Plan 2021-2027.
Although the land is good tillage the value shoots up with its development potential on the 5.4 acres.
Anyone buying it for farming purposes will have their work cut out based on the asking price.
As the county expands in development and in particular it’s close proximity to Dublin with road, freight and
airport on it’s doorstep it will garner interest of potential investors.
