Navan RFC U18 player Alex Connor has this week been named in the 35-player Ireland U18 Women’s Training Squad, sponsored by PwC, for the upcoming Six Nations U18 Festival in April. The tournament will take place at Wellington College, England.

Connor’s selection is a testament to her hard work and perseverance. Having been named in the squad last year, she unfortunately missed out on final selection due to injury. Her return to the squad highlights her dedication and resilience.

This achievement also reflects the continued growth and success of female youth rugby at Navan RFC. It extends the club’s proud tradition of representation in the Ireland U18 Women’s squad since its first participation in the Six Nations U18 Festival in 2022.
