A 33-year-old man who appeared at Trim District Court charged with alleged assault has been sent for trial.
Joseph Rogers, Suffolk Street, Kells was charged with assault causing harm on one individual and assault on another person at Church Street, Kells on 1st January this year. He was also charged with possession of a knife on the same occasion. Garda Mark Mulligan gave evidence of having served a book of evidence on the accused who was then sent forward by Judge Eirinn McKiernan for trial a Trim Circuit Court on 13th May next.
