First timber frame kits erected at Bakery View, Drogheda

The first timber frame kits have been erected at Bakery View , Louth County Council’s Accelerated Delivery Program (ADP) social housing development on Ballymakenny Road, Drogheda. This 97-unit scheme includes a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses and bungalows, designed to deliver high-quality homes and foster a sustainable community.

The project is part of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage’s Accelerated Delivery Program, using innovative construction methods to fast-track delivery. Works began in February, led by OHMG (Ire) Ltd, with IJM Timber Engineering supplying the timber frames.
