A 40-year-old man with a Co Meath address who appeared at Trim District Court charged with alleged assault has been sent for trial. Darren Hamilton, Churchfields, Kentstown was charged with assault causing harm against two women at Dunville Avenue, Navan on 21st December last year.
Garda Nolan have evidence of having served a book of evidence on the accused who was then sent forward for trial at the present sitting of Trim Circuit Court by Judge Eirinn McKiernan.
