The death has taken place of Noeleen Keelan of Brookville, Drogheda and with Meath connections. Ms Keelan had been a nurse and midwife for many years from the mater and Rotunda in Dublin to the Cottage Hospital in Scarlet Street, Drogheda. A deeply caring and giving woman in every sense of the word, she looked after people at the very start and at the very end of their lives. She was predeceased in January 2024 by her husband Michael (Mick), formerly of Loughan, Moynalty, Kells. Ms Keelan is survived by her children Caitriona, Bryan, Michael and John. Funeral arrangements later.
