A 22-year-old man with a Navan address who appeared at Trim District Court charged with drug offences has been sent for trial. Michael Akinwale with an address at Townspark, Navan was charged with possession of having cannabis for sale or supply on 10th April last year. Detective Garda Conor McCluskey gave evidence of having served a book of evidence on the accused who was then issued an alibi warning by Judge Catherine Hayden before he was sent forward for trial to the present sitting of Trim Circuit Court.
