A 31-year-old man who appeared in court over alleged theft charges has been remanded in custody. Daniel Radu of no fixed address faced charges of theft in Co Meath on 21st May last. A vacation sitting before Judge Catherine Hayden was told that Gardai Vaughan and Gilhooley had summonses against the accused for road traffic matters. The judge remanded the accused in custody to a court next month.
