A 20-year-old man who threatened a woman in a Navan neighbourhood is to be put on trial. John O’Donnell, with an address at St Patrick’s Park, Navan appeared at Trim District Court charged with issuing a threat to kill or harm the woman at Commons Road in the town on 19 th January last. Detective Garda Paul Cullen gave evidence of having served a book of evidence on the accused.
Judge Eirinn McKiernan issued an alibi warning to the accused whom she then sent forward for trial to Trim Circuit Court on 21 st October next, remanding him on bail of €200 to the fate of his trial.
