This month Room 8 celebrates its 10th year in business since opening the doors to customers. It is not an unusual site to see a cluster of people waiting on Watergate street to get a table for their breakfast or lunch menus. It reflects the success of the venture, anyone enjoying the food and service just keeps coming back and telling their friends. In his own words, Aidan Cosgrove, tells of his dreams and passion 10 years ago:

”My ambition to open my own business developed from a passion for food from a young age, and whilst working in well-established restaurants both at home and abroad, gaining knowledge and experience and a love for delivering the finest food, I was developing my own unique ideas. These dreams and ideas were made real in December 2015 when we first opened the doors of Room8 here in Navan.”   

Every one wants to follow a dream, but to do it, is something special. Room 8 is simply a class act and puts the eatery right up there with the best. The years of experience are reflected in the restaurant. The way the food is cooked and presentenced, to the patrons, with a diligent and mannerly staff, with no detail missed. You enjoy the food, the experience and the company and that is what going out for a breakfast, lunch or evening meal is all about. Room 8 get it.
