This Sunday , 7th of January a walk in solidarity with Palestine is planned get going at 5 .00 pm.
Anyone interested in attending is asked to gather and assemble outside the Ashbourne Library,
on the High Street in Ashbourne, Co. Meath.
This will be a quiet gathering and walk. There will be no speeches or chanting at the event. It is an opportunity to walk in peace and show
solidarity for the people of Palestine.
The event is being organised by Cllr Joe Bonner and Nikki Gorman.
There is also a campaign to send a message to US President asking him to help end the genocide in Palestine.
There will be number of locations in Ashbourne to leave your card or letter with your message. The locations are; Bring a Book,Share A Book Stands in
the lobbies of Tesco, Super Valu and the Community Centre Ashbourne. It will run from Monday 8th -Monday 15th January’24
