An application to Meath County Council to build 25 short term accommodation units with all ancillary works at Mill Lane, Navan in February of this year will need further information by the planning department.
The planners have requested more detail and listed over 16 points to be dealt with before a decision will be made on the project. Some of the conditions include dealing with ”Appropriate Assessment and Natura Impact Statement” along the confluence of the river Boyne and Blackwater.
In response to the application by the company, Star Stone Property Investments Limited, have six month to provide the information requested, on 23rd April 2025. If no reply is received in that time line, the application would be deemed withdrawn.
