A number of drivers who appeared at Trim District Court charged with driving while uninsured had already had their vehicles seized by Gardai. Several drivers were either fined or disqualified when they came before the court. They included (NA denotes no appearance in court) Maciej Mozdzynski (43), The Avenue, Bryanstown Wood, Drogheda (no insurance, fined €300); NA Domagoj Banozic (41), Park Gate, Grange Rath, Drogheda (€300, disqualified two years, vehicle seized); NA Paula Dunne (55), Park Close, Dunshaughlin (insurance, fined €300, disqualified four years, vehicle seized); NA Carol Benson, Lagore Green, Dunshaughlin (tax out off date for 200 days, €200 fine); Robin April Smith (30), Roinin Park, Ballivor (insurance, €300 fine); NA Andrei Coretchi (23), Cruise Park Drive, Tyrrelstown (insurance, €300 fine, two-year 1disqualification); NA Robin Anghel (50), Mullaghavoureen, Longford (theft, Lidl, Athboy Road, Trim, arrest warrant issued).
