A 38-year-old man with a Dublin address who appeared at Trim District Court charged with money laundering offences has been sent for trial. Jemss Gilroy, Temple Gardens, Northwood, Santry was charged with six counts of alleged handling of a total of €10,200 suspected to be the proceeds of crime in Co Meath on dates in January 2021. Detective Garda Paul Cullen gave evidence of having served a book of evidence on the accused. Judge Eirinn McKiernan issued an alibi warning to the accused who was then sent forward for trial at Trim Circuit Court on the 11th of this month.
