Search and rescue personnel operating on the River Boyne today have recovered a body. The body is believed to be that of a young boy missing for some weeks but final identification has to take place. Meath River Rescue recovered the body in the river at Beauparc House. Volunteers from MRR and civil defence have been searching the river since 19th November when Benjamin (Beni) Spot was last seen. Meath River Rescue confirmed that a body had been recovered. Gardai have been informed and the Meath County Coroner will also be informed.
