A 39-year-old man with a Ballivor address who appeared at Trim District Court on a “proceeds of crime” allegation has been sent for trial. Dominik Rzeszewski, Kilronan Park, Ballivor was charged with possession of €36,899 knowing or suspecting that the money was the proceeds of crime . The charges related to alleged offences between 1 st October 2019 and 30 th April 2020. A Garda gave evidence of having served a book of evidence on the accused.
