Following the judicial review for the Slane Bypass, the decision announced today dismissed the case and the bypass can now proceed.
It will come as welcome news to many in the village, including Cllr Wayne Harding. He has commented, ”Fantastic news for Slane this morning as the judicial review into the village’s bypass has been dismissed by the high court. Another huge milestone in this project.”
