Baby Sensory® Meath is celebrating its first birthday this autumn, marking a year of growth, community support and special milestones. Since opening in October 2024, Baby Sensory® Meath has supported 343 families, including several sets of twins, through its award-winning classes designed to stimulate babies’ development and create precious bonding moments for parents.
What began with just three families in the very first class has grown into nine fully booked weekly sessions across Ashbourne, Navan, Dunshaughlin and Dunboyne, with waiting lists at every venue. Each class now welcomes between 16–18 families, with many returning week
after week to watch their babies grow from sleepy newborns into curious wobblers.
Families travel from all over Meath, as well as Celbridge, Maynooth, Drogheda, Dublin and Monaghan to attend the sessions, underlining the demand for high-quality early years activities in the region.
“It’s been such an honour to support so many families in Meath over the past year,” said Sinéad Foy owner of Baby Sensory® Meath. “Watching babies develop and seeing parents come back for multiple terms is incredibly special. The support from the community has been
overwhelming.”
The anniversary coincides with Sinéad’s own third wedding anniversary, a personal milestone that makes this celebration all the more meaningful. Looking ahead, Baby Sensory® Meath has just launched new classes in Dunboyne, with plans to expand further once the community there is firmly established.
“When I started, I never imagined we’d grow so quickly,” said Sinéad, “This is just the beginning, I can’t wait to see where year two takes us.”
