There was an outbreak of movie madness in Slane over last weekend as the filming of various short films for the Slane GFC Oscarz night took place.
It wasn’t quite a cast of thousands but a group of enthusiastic amateurs filmed scenes from Fr Ted, Waking Ned, Braveheart, The Snapper, Love Hate and the Full Monty in preparation for the Gala night in the City North hotel on Saturday October 15th/
On the shouts of ‘Lights, Camera, Action’ the recording commenced and our photos show they put their heart and soul into it
