Meath Live have been informed of a search carried out earlier today by the Garda in the town of Navan. Due to the sensitive nature of the raid, we have not named the location. However, the Gardai have confirmed a number of males have been detained. They do not wish to comment further but have issued the following statement, ” Gardaí, this morning 20th January 2025, carried out a search at a domestic residence in Navan Co. Meath. The search has been completed at this time. Three males (aged in their 30s, 40s and 50s) have been arrested in connection with an ongoing investigation. The three males are being detained under section 4 Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Garda Stations in Co. Meath. An Garda Síochána is not making any further comment at this time.
