Sean Hynes of Blackwater Park, Enfield who is charged with money laundering and drugs offences, including possession of drugs for sale or supply, has been returned for trial. The 22 year-old was sent forward to the next sitting of Trim Circuit Court commencing on October 21 next.
He appeared before Trim District Court on Tuesday after he was served with a copy of the Book of Evidence. Judge Eirinn McKiernan cautioned the accused if he intended to rely on a defence of alibi he must notify the state.
She remanded the accused on existing bail terms, and assigned a solicitor and counsel to represent him under the legal aid scheme.
