A 34-year-old man with a Navan address who appeared at Trim District Court on endangerment charges has been sent for trial. Paul Brannigan with an address at Tuiterath, Balrath, Navan was charged with reckless driving creating the risk of death or serious injury to other persons at Tuiterath on 26th of August last year.
A Garda gave evidence of having served a book of evidence containing three charges on the accused. Judge Derek Cooney issued an alibi warning and then sent the accused forward for trial to Trim Circuit Court on 4th November next.
