A 42-year-old man who appeared at Trim District Court charged with a sexual offence has been sent for trial at the local circuit court. The man who cannot be named but has a Dunshaughlin address, was charged with sexual assault at a location in Ratoath on 1 st November 2023.
A Garda gave evidence of having served a book of evidence on the accused who was then sent forward for trial at Trim Circuit Court on 2 nd December next. Judge Eirinn McKiernan granted the accused continuing bail until the date of his trial.
