A 47 year-old man accused of child pornography offences, involving the alleged possession of 66 explicit images, was returned for trial to the sitting of Trim Circuit Criminal Court on June 18 next. The accused appeared before Trim District Court on Tuesday which heard that the Book of Evidence had been served on the accused. The alleged offences date back to October 2015. Judge Eirinn McKiernan remanded the accused on bail Restrictions have been imposed in the reporting of the matter.
