A 23-year-old man who has a previous conviction for driving without insurance has again been convicted for a similar offence. Heyhorh Chernei, Knockbrack Close, Drogheda was charged at Trim District Court. He incurred a €250 fine on the previous conviction but this week he was fined €300 and disqualified for four years by Judge Eirinn McKiernan.
