A 47-year-old man with a Dublin address has been sent forward for trial on a charge of dangerous driving in Co Meath. Tudor Bodea of Beaumont Road, Dublin was charged with dangerous driving causing serious bodily harm at Knockmark Drumree on 6 th September 2021. Sergeant Barry McCann gave evidence at Trim District Court of having served a book of evidence on the accused. Judge Eirinn McKiernan issued an alibi warning to the accused and sent him forward for trial to Trim Circuit Court on 28 th of this month. She assigned a solicitor Matthew Kenny and one barrister to his defence. The accused was remanded on his own bail to the date of his trial.
