Seoirse Bulfin, Meath’s County Senior Hurling team manager, has resigned from his position…

Bulfin steps down just a over a week after the completion of Meath’s National League campaign, when they finished bottom of Division 2A with 4 defeats and just one win.

They start their Championship campaign on the 20th of April, when they face Down in the first round of the Joe McDonagh Cup.

Seoirse Bulfin had worked under previous Meath manager Nick Weir, before taking-on the management role himself in August 2022

And in a highly rewarding 2023, his team won both League promotion and the Christy Ring Cup.

In a short statement confirming his departure, the Meath County Board thanked Seoirse Bulfin for all his efforts, and wished him well for the future.
