THE Meath Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Lunch and Learn seminar in Ashbourne last Wednesday 19 February opened doors to upcoming training courses and business supports for budding entrepreneurs ahead of Local Enterprise Week. Aoife Fegan of Meath LEO took around 30 people through a suite of preparatory courses while explaining business supports including grant offerings following a light lunch and refreshments in Ashbourne Library.
Local Enterprise Week in Meath runs from 3-7 March in a variety of venues across the county: “Someone said to me that the customer base is not a problem, it’s how you market your product,” said Aoife Fegan in her remarks at the afternoon seminar. “There is always a way to look at your business and find a spot, then you can look at applying for grants.”
