A 33-year-old woman with a Kells address who appeared at Trim District Court charged with alleged drug possession has been sent for trial. Amanda McIlwraith of Allenstown, Kells was charged with possession for sale or supply of cocaine and cannabis at her address on 7 h August last year. She was also charged with possession of benzocaine with the inference that it was connected to drug trafficking. Detective Garda Matt McKenna gave evidence of having served a book of evidence on the accused who was then sent forward for trial at Trim Circuit Court on 18th June next by Judge Eirinn McKiernan.
