A 34-year-old man who appeared at Trim District Court charged with alleged endangerment of other people has been sent for trial. Martin Reilly with an address at Tailteann Drive Navan was charged with unlawful seizure of a vehicle, endangerment of a driver, production of s syringe and possession of a syringe on a date last year. Garda O’Hanlon gave evidence of having served a book of evidence on the accused. Judge Stephanie Coggans issued an alibi warning to the accused and remanded him to appear for trial at Trim Circuit Court on 21 st October next.
