A 41-year-old man who appeared at Trim District Court on sex assault charges has been sent for trial. The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, and who has a Duleek address, was charged with five counts of sexual assault on a female at a Kells address on various dates in 2024 and 2025.
A Garda gave evidence of having served a book of evidence on the accused. Judge Eirinn McKiernan issued an alibi warning to the accused and sent him forward for trial at Trim Circuit Court on 18th of this month.
