A 32-year-old man with a Rathmolyon address who appeared at Trim District Court on drugs charges has been sent for trial. Ryan Francis Grace, Isaacstown, Rathmolyon was charged with unlawful possession of ketamine worth more than €13,000 for sale or supply at his address on 3rd April last year. Garda Byrne gave evidence of having served a book of evidence on the accused who was then sent forward by Judge Eirinn McKiernan for trial to Trim Circuit Court later this month. His barrister Niall Gallagher requested and was granted free legal aid for his client in the form of a solicitor and one barrister.
