Rachel Doogan, from Newtownmoyaghy in County Meath, who is running the Frank Duffy 10 Mile on August 16th to raise funds and awareness for Féileacáin. The charity that help support her family through the death of her baby daughter, Hailey. Féileacáin provides support to bereaved parents across Ireland following pregnancy loss, stillbirth, and neonatal death.
In her own words, she said,” My name is Rachel and I am raising funds for Féileacáin by running the Frank Duffy 10 mile on the 16th August. Having recently lost our baby girl, Hailey, I am hoping to raise what I can to give something back to Féileacáin for all of the support they have provided to our family during the toughest time of our lives.
Rachel has raised to date €2,872 , close to the €3000 target set, but is encouraging all the support this deserving charity as well as partaking in the 10 mile run. To make a donation click the link below;
