As we approach the third Navan Racing Festival, a number of the top Meath trainers brought some of potential entries this Thursday to a Gallops and Press Launch, a prelude to the forthcoming festival and get the fire lit, to heat up for the action on Saturday 15th November and Sunday 16th.
The weekend will feature two of Navan’s famous races in it’s racing calendar, The Fortria and the Troytown Handicap Chase, sponsored by Bar one Racing. As preparations gathers pace, a great weekend is in store for racing enthusiasts. There is also a programme of music and entertainment lined up to attract the locals and those travelling from Ireland and overseas. Many of the bars, restaurants, hotels and businesses in the locality are linking up with Navan Racecourse to create a weekend of fun, entertainment and good racing.
