The CarsIreland Dealership Awards, proudly sponsored by PTSB Asset Finance, celebrated the best in Ireland’s online automotive industry last week in a stunning ceremony in Croke Park’s Celtic Suite. This year’s ceremony, hosted by renowned RTÉ sport broadcaster Jacqui Hurley, marked a milestone in CarsIreland’s history with the highest number of entries recorded since the awards began in 2015. Awards spanned a range of categories, celebrating achievements in marketing, innovation, and customer engagement. Joe Norris won it’s regional and overall award in the category of Best Overall Presentation.

A panel of judges, comprising automotive and marketing experts, assessed the nominees on criteria such as online visibility, photo quality, social media activity, and customer engagement. In addition to provincial and overall awards across Online Marketing, Social Media and Presentation, the ceremony culminated in the presentation of the Industry Superstar Award to Tom Palmer of Monaghan Galway, for his dedicated service to the industry across 40 years.

The ceremony buzzed with excitement and pride as winners were revealed, honouring automotive excellence from every province. Overall winners included: Bradys Cavan (Cavan) – Best Overall Online Marketing, sponsored by Wilson Auctions, Ashford Motors (Wicklow) – Best Overall Social Media, sponsored by Dolmen Insurance and  Joe Norris Motors (Navan) – Best Overall Presentation, sponsored by PTSB Asset Finance

Tom Palmer of Monaghans Galway (Galway) – Industry Superstar Award, sponsored by PTSB Asset Finance, recognising his dedicated service in the industry, and his expertise in sales, parts, and customer care.

Ger Toher, Chief Operating Officer of Motion, the umbrella company of CarsIreland, commented on the awards:
