A 42-year-old man with a Co Meath address who appeared at Trim District Court on drug possession charges has been sent for trial. Dennis Boggan with an address at Kilmessan was charged with three counts of drug possession at Straneymore, Rathmolyon on 24 th October last. One of the charges related to the possession of drugs worth more than €13,000 for sale or supply.
A Garda gave evidence of having served a book of evidence on the accused. Judge Eirinn McKiernan issued an alibi warning to the accused who was then sent forward for trial at Trim circuit Court on 27th January next. The judge remnded the accused in custody with consent to bail.
