Meath County Council is proud to support Ireland India Day 2026, which will take place on Sunday, 30 August 2026 at the Trim Castle Hotel, County Meath. The event will bring together members of the Irish-Indian community, business leaders, entrepreneurs, academics, policymakers and cultural organisations to celebrate the enduring friendship between Ireland and India while exploring opportunities for trade, investment, education, research and innovation.
Held under the theme “Bridges of Heritage, Gateways of Trade”, Ireland India Day 2026 will feature an EU-India Business Symposium, a Business Forum and Networking Programme, and a Gala Cultural Programme celebrating the rich cultural connections between the two countries.
An Cathaoirleach of Meath County Council, Sarah Reilly, said: “Meath is a county that values diversity, community and international friendship. We are delighted to support Ireland India Day 2026 and to welcome visitors from across Ireland and beyond to Trim. This event is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the strong bonds between Ireland and India while showcasing County Meath as a place where culture, business and community come together.”
